WARRANTY
We will guarantee our jewelry to be made of the highest quality materials and free from any defects. If within 90 days you have any problems we will be happy to replace the jewelry at no cost to you. Our warranty does not include normal wear and tear and accidental circumstances to which children's jewelry is exposed. If your beaded jewelry should break after the 90-day period for whatever reason, we will repair it for a minimal fee of $7.00 plus shipping.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted for up to 30 days for any reason as long as it is unworn and in the original packaging. Once returns are received back refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
Personalized engraved pieces are not eligible for exchange or return unless it's due to an engraving error. Please check sizing and spelling carefully when ordering personalized items.
